Helpful Information
What are your trading hours?
Our trading hours are from 9am to 4.30pm every monday to friday.
When can I contact you by phone?
You can call us on 01582 661878 anytime between 9am and 4.30pm every monday to friday.
When can I contact you by email?
You can send an email to our work email address, contact@srb-photographic.co.uk, at any time of the day. We will respond to you as soon as we can inbetween the trading hours of 9am to 4.30pm every monday to friday.
Have you got an on-site store that I can visit?
Yes. Our address is Unit 44-46, Icknield Way Farm, Tring Road, Dunstable, LU6 2JX. The store is open monday to friday from 9am to 4.30pm.

Delivery and dispatch
When will my order arrive (UK)?
We aim to dispatch items within two workings days of receipt of an order. Our standard UK service is a 3-5 day delivery via Royal Mail. Once your order is with Royal Mail, unless it is a tracked service, we cannot predict the time scale for delivery. Royal Mail Special delivery is a next day service and requires a signature.
When will my order arrive (Europe)?
We aim to dispatch items within two workings days of receipt of an order. Our standard Europe postal service aims to delivery your item within 5-7 working days.
When will my order arrive (USA)?
We aim to dispatch items within two workings days of receipt of an order. Our standard USA postal service aims to delivery your item within 7-10 working days.
When will my order arrive (Canada)?
We aim to dispatch items within two workings days of receipt of an order. Our standard Canada postal service aims to delivery your item within 7-10 working days.
When will my order arrive (Rest of the world)?
We aim to dispatch items within two workings days of receipt of an order. Our standard Rest of the World postal service aims to delivery your item within 7-10 working days.

Do delivery prices include VAT?
The VAT charge for delivery is added upon checkout.
What delivery options are available (UK)?
We have three options: Standard, Recorded and Special.
Do you offer next day delivery (UK)?
Yes, but only on orders placed before 3pm. Just select special delivery at the checkout process.
Returns and refunds
I wish to return my order
You may return your order within 30 days of the original purchase date. To return, please print out and fill in this Return form. Then include the form with your returning order.
I have a faulty product, what can I do?
Contact us with the details of your faulty product. Faulty items will be replaced and returned within the 30 day return period.
How long after purchase can I return my item?
30 days from the original purchase date.
Are postal charges included in my refund?
If you wish to return your item for a full refund (including postage charges) this must be requested within 7 days of purchasing your product. Refunds requested after this time will be excluding postage costs.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. Contact us with details of the item you are returning and the item you wish to exchange it for.
Orders and stock
Can I track my orders?
You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped out. You can also track the progress of your order by logging into your account. If a tracking number was supplied you can track your order on respected mail courier websites.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancellation is free of charge. You will need to inform us by telephone, email or in writing within the 30 day period and provide proof of purchase.
How do I know if an item is out of stock?
All items that are out of stock are indicated on our website in the product description of each product.
I have ordered an item that is out of stock
We will contact you once your order has been placed and ask if you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. If you select to continue with your order, once the item is back in stock it will be shipped out immediately.
I would like to know if a product is in stock
Contact us by telephone or email and we can inform you.
Log in & Account
How can i create an account?
You will have the option to create an account when you next go through the checkout process when purchasing an item. Here you will be able to enter your email address and a password.
How do i log in to my account?
Click the 'Log in' link at the top of our online store. You will be re-directed to a page that allows you to enter your log in information.
I've forgotten, or want to change, my password.
On the Log in page you will see the message "Forgotten your password?". Click and follow the steps to change your password.
Can i check my order status in my account?
Yes. You are able to see all of your recent orders, the process stage of your orders, the value and the date of order.
Why can't i see all of my past orders?
If some of your orders are not showing on your account, this may be because your orders were placed before the log in system was set up. Don't worry though, we have a record of all of your orders and if you need us to check an order for you then please contact us.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can complete your payment through our online store or by telephone.
Do you accept Paypal?
Yes.
What card payments do you accept?
We accept Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron.
Do your prices include VAT?
All product prices that are shown are inclusive of UK VAT, excluding delivery. The VAT for delivery is added upon checkout.
How secure is my payment transaction?
Very. We use the Sagepay payment system. The Sagepay payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.
Security and privacy
How is my information stored?
Your details are stored only for the action of orders and/or enquiries, to satisfy accounting requirements.
Will you pass on my information?
We do not rent, sell or share access to your information with any third parties.
